The Grove trip

The Grove hosted an insightful day into hospitality and generously provided our young people with the opportunity to design and create the perfect dessert, which will be served at our fundraising dinner in February.

Our young people would like to say a big thank you to Alyson and James, The Grove Pastry Chefs, who taught and assisted our young people throughout the day.

And finally, thank you to Vernon Douglas our Employability Coordinator for providing and presenting this amazing opportunity for our young people at Unitas.
