We have full-time and part-time salaried roles. In addition, we have part-time sessional roles. Unitas Youth Zone is a London Living Wage employer and we always pay at or above the London Living Wage.
In addition to pay, there are many benefits to working at Unitas Youth Zone. We have enhanced sick pay after a year, and enhance maternity after two years. In addition to annual leave, we offer an extra paid “wellbeing day” each year. You can use the on-site gym for free, and during sessions you can get a hot meal for £1. We also run regular staff socials.
